Table Top - Granite and Porcelain
Tiles
·
Porcelain Tiles, Granite Tiles and
Grout are warranted for the accepted
industry standard of 3 years
from customer’s receipt of product.
·
Tiled tops do require regular
maintenance and sealing for long
lasting beauty. Your 3-year warranty
will be voided if the table surface
(tiles and grout) is not resealed
after a maximum of 6 months (4
months recommended) from date of
purchase.
·
Marble and Travertine stones are NOT
covered by this warranty.
·
IMPORTANT
- Regular maintenance must be
performed as set forth in the care
instructions.
Iron Frame
·
Iron Table Frame comes with a
lifetime structural warranty
when properly maintained in ordinary
home use. Surrounding Elements,
LLC
will, at factory option, repair or
replace any Surrounding Elements,
Inc.
iron furniture that has failed
structurally during normal use and
regular maintenance.
·
All warranties apply to the original
owner only.
·
This warranty does not apply to
rust, scratches or corrosion of the
finish (see Powder Coat Finish).
·
NOTE:
If used commercially, warranty is
valid for 5 years only.
Powder Coat Finish
·
Surrounding Elements,
Inc.
offers a 3-year warranty against
blistering or peeling of the iron
frame finish under normal use
and proper maintenance. In the event
of blistering or peeling,
Surrounding Elements,
Inc.
will, at factory option, refinish or
replace your Surrounding Elements,
Inc.
iron frame.
·
Do not leave iron frame in standing
water or expose to sprinklers or
long periods of rain.
·
Surrounding Elements,
Inc.
recommends a high-quality,
form-fitting cover to protect your
furniture. Marine grade vinyl
covers are available through
Surrounding Elements,
Inc.

Stucco Finish
·
Surrounding Elements,
Inc.
offers a
3-year warranty against peeling
or cracking of the stucco finish
under normal use and proper
maintenance. In the event of peeling
or cracking, Surrounding Elements,
Inc.
will, at factory option,
refinish or replace your Surrounding
Elements,
Inc.
stucco table base.
·
Fading and scratching of stucco
finishes is considered normal wear
and tear and is not covered by this
warranty.
·
NOTE:
If used commercially, warranty is
valid for 1 year only.
Chair
Cushions
·
Sunbrella® brand cushions are under
warranty for a minimum of 1 (one)
year from the date of purchase.
Surrounding Elements,
Inc.
complies
with Sunbrella® brand fabrics
manufacturer’s warranty. This
limited warranty is a 1 to 3 year
warranty (depending on fabric
selected) from date of delivery.
·
This warranty covers the fabric
becoming unserviceable because of
loss of color or strength from
normal usage and exposure
conditions, including sunlight,
mildew, rot and atmospheric
chemicals. Consumer is responsible
for normal care and cleaning of the
fabric.
·
This warranty covers fabric only.
·
This warranty does not include tears
from misuse, abuse or normal wear
and tear.
·
Labor and installation will be
charged.
·
Other warranties may be available
through the fabric manufacturer,
Sunbrella®. See

more details.
·
NOTE:
If used commercially, warranty is
valid for 90 days only.
ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER CUSHION
WARRANTY:
o
Normal fading of fabrics,
particularly print fabrics
o
Accidental damage (including fire,
wind or other acts of nature)
o
Permanent stains caused by lotions,
oils or other chemicals
o
Cushions made of a material other
than Sunbrella®
Table Surface Care and Maintenance
Surrounding Elements,
Inc.
seals all natural stone and tile to
protect them from weather damage and
fading prior to the product leaving
the factory. Any mosaic surface that
is not covered on a regular basis
needs to be resealed by the end user
at least once every four to six
months. We recommend a product such
as 511 Impregnator or Miracle Cover.
Failure to do so will void the
warranty.
